The Wellington branch of the society aims to meet as often as possible. Amateur and professional entomologists talk fondly of field trips and mosquito abundance over lunches held throughout the year. The branch holds an annual workshop, hosted by an associated institution, that offers an opportunity to catch up on local and regional research as well as old friends. The workshop is usually in the later half of the year, and if you are interested in presenting at this workshop, contact the president.
